Staff and Service

OrchidOwls Catering recognizes the importance of staff and service to our customers. Below, I have outlined a staff and service plan customized to your industrial vending needs.

Daily Service

OrchidOwls Catering will provide seven days per week service to merchandise and replenish the machines. We will ensure ample supply, freshness, and quality of product. Also, we will take requests from management and associates. We will clean and sanitize the machines inside and out on a daily basis, and dispose of all trash properly and not let empty cartons and containers setting around creating clutter.

Maintenance Service

Each machine would have an OrchidOwl sticker visibly displayed for maintenance service, machine malfunction or breakdown, and a refund procedure if you would lose money in the machines. There would be a local telephone number to call and immediate service would be provided. All calls would be responded to within one hour of the service call. All service calls would be recorded and filed for future reference to minimize any continuous problems.

Local Service

OrchidOwls views our customers as proiority customers in our company and would provide immediate service that our customers deserve. Last minute request and answering the bell would be our responsibility to you; it may be a last minute or a special request for vending supplies.

Management

Every day Owner management attention to detail. We are a local vendor who is only 5 minutes away for any service calls. OrchidOwls 25 years of experience put it to work for you and your associates.”
